At Everyday Enchantment, we take pride in the craftsmanship and care that goes into each handmade piece. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- We accept returns on unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.
- To initiate a return, please email us at everydayenchantment@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
