At Everyday Enchantment, we take pride in the craftsmanship and care that goes into each handmade piece. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• We accept returns on unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.
• To initiate a return, please email us at everydayenchantment@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized items
• Sale or clearance items

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• • If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at everydayenchantment@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue. We will make it right!

At Everyday Enchantment, each headband is handmade with care and packed with love. Below you’ll find details on how we handle shipping to ensure your enchanted accessories arrive safe and sound.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
• Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 5–10 business days to create before shipping. Estimated times will be listed on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• We offer domestic shipping via USPS.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

Shipping Delays

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
• If your order appears lost or delayed, please reach out to us at everydayenchantment@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
